The distribution is in terms of the general authority granted to directors at the annual general meeting held on 27 July 2006. Last date to trade "cum" the distribution 22 June 2007 Date trading commences "ex" the distribution 25 June 2007 Record date 29 June 2007 Date of payment 2 July 2007 Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their share certificates between Monday 25 June 2007 and Friday 29 June 2007, both dates inclusive.
