You are energetic, a good communicator and definitely a great team player. Results orientation, a methodical approach and high attention to detail is what it takes to successfully supervise the productivity and performance of these Collection Agents and ultimately ensuring that bad debt write offs are minimized.
You are flexible, able to work additional hours when required and can cope with flexible shifts (day & night). Your responsible approach ensures that you stand out from the rest and your assets include the following:
• Grade 12;
• Minimum 2 years Collection Call Centre experience or similar environment or equivalent tertiary qualification;
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience;
• Able to wear headsets;
• Able to work additional hours when required and flexible shifts (Day & Night);
• Fluency in English;
• Able to open or lock-up the premises when required;
• Knowledge of NCA requirements pertaining to collections and credit control;
• Consolidated Debtors System (CDS) process knowledge;
• Understanding of the life-cycle of an account;
• Understanding of the collection process and the systems that drive these processes;
• Good understanding of credit recovery techniques.
