Whilst managing the entire administration function of the stores, you will be involved in organising and controlling the admin office; ensuring stock administration standards are in accordance with the Procedures Manual; manage shrinkage and cash/debtors/fixed assets security; and POS training on regular basis to permanent and casual staff.
What equips you for this challenging role? Besides your enthusiasm, initiative and excellent people management skills, you will have at least 2 years retail administration experience, in a management role and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification.
